Sadie Katz Deli has recently opened up, taking the place of the Oasis Diner. Hooters opened yesterday and fortunately I happened to have the day off. Hooters in Vermont seems to be a pretty big deal for many people, it's right up there with Walmart opening their first store a few years back. Last night I ate at A Single Pebble with three friends; as always the food was excellent. Being one of my favorite restaurants in Vermont, A Single Pebble serves up gourmet Chinese food like no other. Before the Burlington restaurant was built, I would travel 40+ minutes to Barre, VT to dine at the original Single Pebble. If you've never been to either restaurant, you should definitely go ASAP
